This reference manual, updated November 2012 contains all changes in the Education Code as of July 1, 2012, includes easy to follow flow charts; education code violations that may lead to suspension and/or expulsion; sample contract templates and other pre expulsion forms; due process preparation and defensible administrative hearing and preparing finding of fact as well as readmission procedures; stipulated expulsion information; NCLB reporting procedures; and regulations related to working with students with disabilities.
